Our programs are geared to fit any phase of the construction cycle whether it is a need to understand codes, standards and local bylaws, the design and tendering process to the monitoring of the build out. However, the earlier in the process we can start working together the greater your opportunity in savings and a reduction in stress.

 

CODE - Pre-planning Evaluation

All construction in British Columbia is required to meet codes and building regulations. Building to code is the legal minimum you can build to or “the worst you can legally build to!” Flywheel will help you understand the regulations and to ensure you build to and above code requirements.

DESIGN - Pre-Construction Planning

Once you understand the rules of the game set out by Code and Bylaws, the next step is the Design / Planning process. Flywheel’s five-step process: Function, Form, Materials, Cost and Scheduling are all reviewed for your project. We will help you find the right people with the right skills for the right price.

Now that your project is in full motion, Flywheel will help you maintain momentum by ensuring you Coordinate, Investigate, Resolve problems and Communicate to get the most out the design, products and people you hire.

DESIGN SERVICES - Flywheel offers drafting services for concept, tendering or permit drawings for accessory buildings and renovations. Drawings are created through a thorough investigation into your needs and are drawn to meet local building and zoning regulations and exceed building code standards.
