Dreaming - Pre-planning Evaluation

You might currently own a home in an area you love and are dreaming about renovating the house into your dream home. Or you might be looking to buy property and build your dream home. You know you want to renovate or build, but you are not sure how to get started or how to bring the right people together to achieve your goals. You may be looking for a third party unbiased opinion to bring dreams and reality together. If you are looking into a sustainable or “green” project for your dream home, the task could seem particularly daunting.

DESIGN - Pre-Construction Planning

You have preliminary designs and/or a set of drawings prepared by a draftsperson or stock home plan service. Are you thinking that you would like an independent review of your designs in order to “tweek” it and to ensure it meets local regulations and your budget? We can ensure that you are “maximizing” your design. We can also insure that the best people and products are chosen for your job!

BUILD - Project Coordination

You have a permit, or you have begun construction and have run into difficulties, and you may require assistance in coordinating and monitoring construction to insure appropriate inspections and your specific contractual obligations are met.

DESIGN SERVICES - Flywheel offers drafting services for concept, tendering or permit drawings for accessory buildings, renovations and single family homes. Drawings are created through a thorough investigation into your needs and are drawn to meet local building and zoning regulations and exceed building code standards. Drawings are produced using Cheif Architect, which allows for 3-D interior and exterior modeling.
